C.A.R.’s plans to release a new version of zipLogix Digital Ink™ electronic signatures program. The anticipated release date of the “beta” version is Monday, June 27. Many improvements and new features have been made to the user interface that increase functionality and streamline the worflow process.
For those of you who aren’t aware: C.A.R. offers zipLogix Digital Ink™ electronic signatures for free to C.A.R. members. zipLogix Digital Ink is is a digital signature solution for signing C.A.R. forms within zipForm® 6. zipLogix Digital Ink™ works seamlessly with zipForm® 6, allowing REALTORS® to instantly e-mail real estate forms requiring signatures, and eliminate the cost and time expense of printing, faxing, or cross-town meetings to get paper copies signed.
C.A.R. anticipates the “go live” date of the new “beta” version will be Monday, June 27. The new release will incorporate upgraded features and improvements that will eliminate any problems signers had with default PDF settings.
The new interface allows for easy upload of non-zipForm® PDF documents (office forms, bank paperwork, inspections, etc.), previewing and editing of those documents, and additional signing roles.
New improvements also include automatic carbon copy. The moment signing is finished; zipLogix Digital Ink™ will now automatically email the completed documents to the initiating agent and any email addresses he/she chooses with the new CC List feature.
